We ourselves received a recommendation for Van Damme Vans from a friend, but it was really owner Aaron who made it easy to trust the product and the process.
Aaron was there working with us (via FaceTime) on the layout and specific design features we wanted, and he was there with his reservoir of knowledge to problem-solve design issues ahead of time. We ourselves were not new to conversion-van ownership. But our previous van, a factory model, had no end of problems.
Aaron and his team helped us solve the problems we worried about, including helping us find low-energy use appliances and coming up with a layout to suit our family. That included:
-a high loft bed with enough garage storage for tall mountain bikes
-a special cut-in step (a last-minute add at our request) to step up to the taller bed we’d asked for
-a frame-mounted fold up seat for our toddler’s car seat
During the build process, Aaron kept us up-to-date with short videos and also sent messages with recommended products and add-ons. It was a relief not to have to do all the research ourselves.
After the hand-off, Aaron made himself available to answer questions long after we drove away. We are still in touch, and we hit him up with van questions on occasion. He and his coworkers were friendly, supportive, and patient, and nothing has changed our opinion of them since. We love our van. We bet you will, too.”
